We accepted returns of all unused, untampered and unopened products within 14 days of the purchase of your order. Any and all items that are returned will have a 15% restocking fee added onto it. All items exchanged will be done so with no restocking or any extra fees. When you ship it back to us, please supply us with a tracking number so we know to keep an eye out for it.
We will not accept returns of used, tampered or defective products.
We will not accept returns or any item 14 days after the purchase date.
All order history is digitally recorded to make sure we keep your order for future references. If you do not get an email of invoice from a technical difficulty, please contact us. If you do not meet our return policy, we will either dispose of your order that you sent to us or simply mail it back. To make a return or replacement order, you MUST contact us first so we know it is being sent back and by who.
